Refunds and cancellation policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request a refund if they change their mind about using our services. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
Services Already Rendered: No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered.
Partial Refunds: If the service was paid for in full in advance, partial refunds will be issued. The following parts of the service will not be refunded:
First month's service, regardless of whether the service was rendered.
Services already rendered.
Three months' fee of the service.
Re-pricing of Services: The marketing package purchased will be re-priced according to the company's pricing structure. The new price for the services rendered will be calculated as follows: the price of the chosen package's monthly fee (on a monthly basis, not to be confused with an annual package's monthly fee) plus 50%.
Payment Method
A refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 30 days to be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must send an email to billing@primeauramarketing.com with the following information:
Full Name and Company Name
Purchase Date
Package Purchased
Reason for Refund Request
Cancellation Policy
PrimeAura Marketing reserves the right to cancel an agreement at any time, without notice or penalties.
Clients may cancel their services at any time, subject to the terms of this agreement. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by sending an email to billing@primeauramarketing.com
Upon cancellation, clients will be liable to pay:
Three months of the chosen package's fee.
The first month's fee, regardless of whether the service was rendered.
The pricing of the fee will be re-structured according to the company's pricing model, which is the price of the chosen package's monthly fee (on a monthly basis, not to be confused with an annual package's monthly fee) plus 50%.
